Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for long periods and carry out physical bakery tasks
Willingness to complete all required job training and assessments
Commitment to follow company policies including food safety and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in bakery or food preparation roles is an asset
Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management best practices
Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to adapt to new technologies

Job Duties

Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure smooth operations
Prepare bakery merchandise by following recipes, operating baking equipment, and adhering to food safety standards
Wrap, label, and store bakery items properly according to company policies
Utilize handheld digital tools to manage production, ordering, and quality control
Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery environment
Assist members promptly and courteously with bakery orders and inquiries
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout all duties
