Job Qualifications

- Previous bakery or food preparation experience advantageous but not required
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Capability to operate and clean bakery equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in using handheld digital tools for business operations
Job Duties
- Collaborates with bakery team associates to build a strong team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
