Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology for production and merchandise management
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follow recipes and make-up instructions
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Assist members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
