Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
- Operates baking equipment following recipes and make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Uses handheld technology to manage production and merchandise ordering
- Maintains clean and organized work area and assists members with purchasing decisions
