Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Capability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Basic technology skills including use of handheld devices
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Utilizes handheld technology to support production, inventory, and training decisions
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Maintains quality control and date management for bakery products
