Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise using baking equipment following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- leverages digital tools for production management and member service
- maintains work area cleanliness and quality control standards
- assists members with bakery purchases
- honors company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments and communicates progress effectively
- adapts to change and provides feedback for continuous improvement
