Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Utilizes hand held technology for production, ordering, training, and quality control
- Maintains work area cleanliness and compliance with company procedures
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies and safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently
