Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to support production and ordering
- commits to operational excellence by maintaining work area and quality standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and delivers exceptional customer service
- advocates for the department by modeling high-quality service
- complies with company policies and ethics standards
- completes assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with coworkers, and adapting to feedback and change
