Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- utilizes hand held technology for business decisions related to production and quality
- maintains work area and ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments and priorities collaboratively and communicates progress effectively
