Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management guidelines
- uses handheld technology to manage production and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area according to operational standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
