Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bakery or food production preferred but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow food safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic digital literacy to use handheld devices
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- Utilizes handheld technology to improve production and product quality
- Maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- Provides exceptional customer service to members including assisting with purchasing decisions
- Complies with company policies and ethics standards
