Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- operates baking equipment by following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
