Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions precisely
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Executes operational excellence by securing merchandise, controlling waste, and ensuring quality and date control
- Advocates for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
- Complies with company policies and ethics standards
- Completes work assignments and priorities effectively while communicating progress
