- Familiarity with operating bakery equipment and digital tools advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools to make decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality
- Ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area cleanliness and following quality and date control standards
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies and communicates with team members and managers to improve business processes
