Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for decisions regarding production and product quality
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area and minimizing waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- acts as an advocate for the department and the club by valuing member experience
- complies with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- communicates progress and adapts to feedback and change
