Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Maintains work area according to company policies
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and answers questions
