Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- provides exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering questions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work areas, controlling quality and dates, and reducing waste
- advocates for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes assigned work using policies and resources while communicating progress and recommending improvements
