Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise using baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores baked goods according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
- ensures operational excellence through maintaining clean work areas and enforcing quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- acts as a talent ambassador by promoting high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers and adapting to change
