Job Requirements

- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately

- Comfortable using technology and digital tools for business processes
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- Prepares bakery merchandise by operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing products
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and quality
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bakery area according to company standards
- Ensures commitment to operational excellence, manages quality control and waste elimination
- Provides exceptional customer service, assisting members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
