Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery products by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory guidelines
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production and inventory management
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with bakery orders and product questions
- adheres to quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- models high-quality service and products
- complies with company ethics and policies
- communicates progress and improvement opportunities
