Job Duties

- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately

- ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and shopping experiences
- use handheld technology for production and inventory management
- maintain commitment to operational excellence and quality standards
- secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- maintain a clean and member-ready bakery area
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
