Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or bakery is an advantage
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate baking equipment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- proficiency with digital technology for inventory and production management
- customer service experience
- flexibility to work various shifts and locations within the club
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and daily production needs
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and member experience
- maintains work area and ensures quality and date control of bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
