Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with team members
- adapts to business needs by working in other areas as required
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and daily production needs
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory policies
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company standards
- utilizes digital tools to improve sales and member experiences
- makes informed business decisions using handheld technology
- maintains clean and organized work areas
- ensures quality control and date compliance for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- upholds company policies and standards of ethics
- communicates progress and collaborates with managers and colleagues
