Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools for sales and operational decisions
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- commits to operational excellence and quality control
- models high-quality service and products while advocating for the department and club
- completes work assignments by using policies, data, and collaboration with managers and coworkers
- adapts to feedback and changes to continually improve processes
