Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality control
- Maintains work area cleanliness and operational excellence
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Upholds company policies, ethics, and standards
- Completes work assignments efficiently while collaborating with managers and coworkers
