Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job training and assessments within set timeframes
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bakery production
- adherence to company policies and workplace safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food preparation environments helpful but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- comfortable using digital tools and technology related to bakery operations
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise following daily production needs
- operate baking equipment and follow recipes precisely
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company standards
- maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain guidelines
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- provide exceptional customer service to members by greeting, assisting, and answering questions
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
