Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- leverages digital tools and handheld technology to manage production and improve the shopping experience
- maintains work area and bakery items to meet quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies and maintains ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments using data and resources and communicates progress
- adapts to change and feedback
- values member's experience and models high-quality service and products
