- Basic math skills for inventory and labeling

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts flexibly to business needs
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- Uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
- Maintains work area according to company policies, ensuring quality and date control standards
- Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise and eliminates waste
- Assists members promptly and accurately with purchasing decisions
- Advocates for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and products
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change and feedback
