Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery products following recipes and operating bakery equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise in compliance with company policies
- Ensures food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Utilizes handheld technology for production and inventory decisions
- Maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Participates in training and continuous improvement initiatives
