Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and production instructions
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment while complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- utilizes handheld technology to support production decisions and merchandise management
- maintains a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery area
- provides exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering questions
- ensures quality control and inventory management to minimize waste and meet operational standards
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completes assigned work and collaborates with managers and coworkers to meet priorities
- adapts to change and applies feedback to improve performance
