Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with the team and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area according to company policies
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- packages and labels merchandise following company policies
