Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with associates and adapting to business needs
- Prepare bakery merchandise by operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing items
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilize handheld technology to make immediate decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Maintain operational excellence by keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
- Comply with company policies, execute business processes, and communicate progress effectively
