Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control
- Maintains work area according to company policies, ensuring quality, date control, and waste elimination
- Provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Complies with company policies and communicates progress, adapting to change and feedback
