Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools for production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
- ensures commitment to operational excellence and maintains work area according to company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- completes work assignments and communicates progress effectively
