Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions for products
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
