Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the job

- capability to multitask and manage time effectively

- successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or bakery environment is an advantage
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate baking and packaging equipment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
- excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- uses handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area according to company policies
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies and procedures
- completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources
- communicates progress and recommends improvements
