Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in bakery or food preparation is a plus
- ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service skills

- familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic knowledge of operating baking equipment
- proficiency in using handheld technology or willingness to learn
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with bakery team members to build a strong work environment
- prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- utilize digital tools for production, ordering, and quality control
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- assist members with bakery purchases and inquiries
- enforce date control and quality standards for bakery items
