Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of operating baking equipment
  • proficiency in using handheld technology or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with bakery team members to build a strong work environment
  • prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
  • wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
  • comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
  • utilize digital tools for production, ordering, and quality control
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • assist members with bakery purchases and inquiries
  • enforce date control and quality standards for bakery items
