Job Qualifications

- experience working in a bakery or food production environment beneficial but not required
- strong customer service skills

- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- follows food safety, sanitation, and inventory control standards
- uses digital tools and handheld technology to support production and product quality
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- assists members with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
