Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- operates baking equipment and follows recipes to prepare bakery merchandise
- wraps, labels, and stores products according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management
- uses digital tools and handheld technology to manage production and merchandise
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers product-related questions
