- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Competency in using technology including handheld devices
- Ability to multitask and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members
- Operates baking equipment following recipes and make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Maintains inventory management and equipment sanitation
- Provides exceptional customer service to members and assists with purchasing decisions
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Utilizes handheld technology to make informed business decisions
- Ensures quality control and eliminates waste
- Complies with company policies and ethical standards
- Communicates progress and adapts to feedback and changes
- Advocates for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
