Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs, working in different areas as required
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes and instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment ensuring compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control
- Maintains work area cleanliness and ensures operational excellence
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Ensures compliance with company policies, including ethics and operational standards
- Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to change
- Acts as an advocate for the department and company by modeling high-quality service and product knowledge
