Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- utilizes digital tools to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area according to operational excellence standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- complies with company policies and completes work assignments by collaborating with team members and managers
