Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with other associates and communicating with the team
- Be an expert by preparing bakery merchandise according to daily needs, operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise
- Be a techie by leveraging digital tools for sales and member engagement, using handheld technology for business decisions, adapting to new tools
- Be an owner by maintaining operational excellence, following company policies, ensuring quality control, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Be a talent ambassador by advocating for the department and club, modeling high-quality service and products, exhibiting energy and commitment
- Comply with company policies and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying them to business practices
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, resources, collaborating with managers and co-workers, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change
