Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or retail environment helpful but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow precise recipes

- Familiarity with handheld digital technology considered an asset
- Commitment to adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work standing for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team and flexibly supports business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise according to production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, displaying products, and maintaining food safety standards
- Utilizes handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control tasks
- Maintains work area cleanliness, ensures quality and date control standards, properly packages and labels merchandise, and eliminates waste
- Provides exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and answering questions from members
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while executing business practices
- Completes work assignments by managing priorities, collaborating with coworkers and managers, communicating progress, and adapting to change
