Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with other associates
- be an expert by preparing bakery merchandise based on daily production needs using baking equipment and following recipes
- be a techie by leveraging digital tools and handheld technology for production and quality decisions
- be an owner by maintaining work area, ensuring quality control, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members
- be a talent ambassador by advocating for the department and the club, modeling high quality service and products
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, managing priorities and deadlines, and communicating progress
