Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas as required
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise adhering to company policies and food safety standards
- maintains sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and quality control
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area cleanliness and product quality
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers their questions
- complies with company policies, ethics, and standards
- completes work assignments efficiently by prioritizing and communicating progress
