Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • be flexible to business needs and work in other areas when required
  • prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
  • wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
  • ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • demonstrate knowledge of product and layout execution
  • use digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
  • maintain work area according to company policies
  • ensure quality control and date standards for bakery items
  • secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
  • eliminate waste
  • assist members with purchasing decisions
  • package merchandise properly and in line with company procedures
  • model high quality service and products
  • comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards

  • communicate progress and collaborate with co-workers and managers
