Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicate effectively with team members
- be flexible to business needs and work in other areas when required
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate knowledge of product and layout execution
- use digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- maintain work area according to company policies
- ensure quality control and date standards for bakery items
- secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminate waste
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- package merchandise properly and in line with company procedures
- model high quality service and products
- comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards

- communicate progress and collaborate with co-workers and managers
