Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Uses handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists members with bakery orders
- Ensures quality control, date compliance, and waste elimination
- Models high-quality service and exhibits energy and commitment
