Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to the needs of the business
- prepares bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment according to recipes and company procedures
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance
- leverages digital tools and hand held technology for business decisions and improving the shopping experience
- maintains work area according to company policies ensuring quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- complies with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with managers and co-workers
