Job Qualifications

- Experience in bakery or food production preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate baking equipment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies and food safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
- Maintains work area according to quality and date control standards and ensures merchandise is properly packaged
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies and completes assigned work priorities by collaborating with team and management
